We use data and feedback to ensure we are serving our schools and communities. We are excited to share our strong results with you.

Often, we hear that educators and schools find it challenging to translate new ideas and research into practices. So, we decided to create a metric to measure if educators (e.g., teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school-based roles) felt they could achieve the outcomes of our professional development. If educators believe they can do it, they are more likely to implement it. Here’s a snapshot from one PD we gave on culturally responsive teaching. 

The data analysis was completed by an independent researcher to ensure validity, objectivity, and statistical significance.

There is still work to do, and it is important to celebrate the small wins along the way. Our integrated support and solutions are working for our partners. We can make that happen for your school community.
