I recently had the opportunity to speak on The Growth Blueprint podcast and  reflect on the challenges school leaders face in engaging their stakeholders and how personal development plays a crucial role in effective leadership. I also discuss strategies for navigating resistance to change and fostering meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
